Id of RA is my homage to the great American Afrofuturist - Sun Ra and his Arkestra, re-imagining some of their works as reggae rhythms and using retro dub techniques to fuse jazz, African and otherworldly elements.

Featuring musicians from Jamaica, Sri Lanka, London, Norwich UK, Spain, Thailand and Byron Bay, Melbourne and Rockhampton in Australia. Their contributions inspired me to create a collage of mystery in dub and intergalactic joy that is both sonically satisfying and big fun.
